A versatile vinaigrette that pairs well with any salad. Makes enough to keep in the fridge for a week.
🥘 Ingredients

red wine vinegar40 ml

1Combine extra virgin olive oil , red wine vinegar , and Dijon mustard in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.extra virgin olive oil: 150 ml, red wine vinegar: 40 ml, Dijon mustard: 1 tsp

2Add honey , salt , and black pepper .honey: 1 tsp, salt: 1/2 tsp, black pepper: 1/4 tsp
